Your statutory rights Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a customer.
The website We reserve the right to change details and
prices on any part of this site, including these terms and conditions,
at any time and without prior notice. We will, however, honour any
order placed before such changes were made.
Delivery areaWe will deliver to most parts
of the Great Britain. For Scottish Isles, IOM, Channel Islands, (codes HS,TR,ZE,IM,GY,JE ) N Ireland, Isle of Wight, Highlands of
Scotland( codes AB,DD,FK,IV,KW,PA,PH) and Eire there is no guarantee for "next day" delivery.
If the appropriate carriage has not been selected in the cart, no delivery will be made unless the outstanding balance is paid.
Payment We will debit your credit/debit card when your
order is taken. Should your order include an item that is out of stock
on the despatch date, we will either offer you an alternative product
or refund your money. We will always attempt to call you as well as
e-mail.
DeliveryOrders can be placed at any time however deliveries will be made
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday of each week (to be confirmed when
order is placed). If we anticipate any difficulties concerning the
delivery date, we will contact you to arrange a mutually acceptable
alternative. If you are not in, the delivery will be made usually by leaving by the back door or out of site or with a neighbour or with your instructions left at checkout. If you have not received your delivery by 4.30pm on the expected day please contact our office by phone to report this.
Our guaranteeWe aim to supply quality shellfish in an efficient manner. If you are dissatisfied with the shellfish, please contact us by phone stating the reason for your dissatisfaction, where we will either issue you a replacement or refund your money.
Cancellation of ordersYou may cancel your order by phoning the office before 1.00pm on the expected day of dispatch. We will refund your payment in full.
Personal detailsWe will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law.
Customer supportYou may call our customer helpline on 01248 430878. If the line is not attended, please leave a message. The
phones are only manned between 9am-4.30pm Mon- Fri. We aim to
respond to all calls within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may email us using the contact form on the contact pages of this website.
Complaints handlingWe sincerely hope that you never
have cause to complain about our service or products. If, despite our
best efforts you do have a complaint, please call 01248 430878 and leave
a message we will deal with the complaint as quickly as possible.

- We do not release any information we hold about our customers to any third part unless we are required to do so by law.
- All our information is collected by contacting us, placing an order and/or by signing up via our registration web page.
- If you do not wish to receive emails informing you of promotions or other services we provide, please email us to let us know.
- We store all customer delivery and contact details to
enable customers to place additional orders without having to fill in
their details again. If you do not wish for us to retain this
information, please email us to let us know.
- We NEVER allow any third party to use our customer details.
- We do not permit on our web site third party or cross
web site tracking cookies and we fully support users who block such
cookies.
- The web site uses temporary and permanent cookies of
the type which browsers keep private to our web site. This is required,
since it is the most secure mechanism available to distinguish users
from each other and to keep order information private. For additional
security, we never send any information in these cookies which could
have meaning to a third party, we simply request that your browser
stores code numbers which only our web site can match to your order
information. You may can prevent your browser using cookies and still
browse the web site, however, as with all secure e-commerce web sites
the shopping cart and other login features cannot work. The banks
payment gateway also requires cookies. Please note that the recommended

blocking and privacy software will allow our site to operate normally;
